We have a customer friendly return policy - we will refund you the full amount. However, return shipping cost is incurred by the buyer. It should be return to us within 15 days from the date you received the item.
1. If the product is sent back to us without our consent, return/exchange will not be accepted.
2. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
3. Jewellery and Handicrafts Accessories items cannot be returned.
4. No returns/refund/exchange will be accepted for customized/stitched products.
5. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged / manufacturing defect / damaged during transportation / Wrong product delivered, you should email us a photo of the same product. You must email us at email@example.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
6. In case you have ordered the wrong size, we can offer to alter it without a charge. However, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

8. No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address or the package is refused by the recipient.
1. We cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
